The "Single Ladies" singer's younger sister is making a name for
herself in the music industry, thanks to her brand new single, "Losing
You," and its artsy music video. Filmed in Cape Town, South Africa and directed by Melina Matsoukas, the
clip features the 26-year-old dancing throughout a poor neighborhood in
brightly-colored outfits and a huge afro with an eccentric entourage of
people dressed in equally-crazy fashions.
